宠物须接种狂犬疫苗（首次接种时宠物须≥12周龄）。疫苗接种须在入境前至少30天且不超过12个月完成。犬只还需接种DHPP疫苗（犬瘟热、肝炎、细小病毒、副流感病毒），猫只需接种FVRCP疫苗（病毒性鼻气管炎、卡里西病毒、泛白细胞减少症）。

Pets must be vaccinated against rabies (first vaccination at ≥12 weeks old). The vaccination must be completed at least 30 days and not more than 12 months before entry. Dogs require DHPP vaccination (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza). Cats require FVRCP vaccination (Feline Viral Rhinotracheitis, Calicivirus, Panleukopenia).

所有来源国家的猫狗均可进行狂犬病抗体滴度检测。检测须在狂犬疫苗接种后至少30天进行，且至少在入境前30天完成采样，抗体滴度须≥0.5 IU/ml。检测报告自采血日期起有效期24个月。检测须由OIE认可的实验室进行（FAVN检测）。

A rabies antibody titer test (RNATT) is required for dogs and cats from all countries. The test must be performed at least 30 days after rabies vaccination, with blood drawn at least 30 days before travel. The antibody level must be ≥0.5 IU/ml. Test results are valid for 24 months from the blood collection date. Testing must be performed at OIE-approved laboratories (FAVN test).

检疫期因来源国家分类而异：

Quarantine period varies by origin country category:

Category 1 (Rabies-free countries): Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, UK, Ireland – no quarantine if documentation complete

Category 2 (Low rabies risk countries): USA, Canada, EU countries – no quarantine with complete documentation and valid RNATT

Category 3 (High rabies risk countries): Thailand, Indonesia, India, most African countries – minimum 7 days quarantine at government facility

Home quarantine: May be available for 7-30 days depending on circumstances, requires prior DVS approval

Malaysia Pet Travel Document Checklist

Arrival in Malaysia: Declare to MAQIS officer, undergo quarantine

年龄要求：入境时宠物须至少4个月大
