宠物（犬、猫）必须接种狂犬疫苗，首次接种时宠物须满90日龄。疫苗接种必须在入境前至少30天完成，且入境时疫苗仍在有效期内（通常为1年）。90日龄以下的幼年宠物可以豁免狂犬疫苗和抗体检测要求，但必须植入芯片并提供官方健康证明。

Dogs and cats must be vaccinated against rabies. The first vaccination must be given when the pet is at least 90 days old. The vaccination must be completed at least 30 days before entry, and the vaccine must remain valid (typically 1 year) upon arrival. Pets under 90 days of age are exempt from rabies vaccination and antibody testing requirements, but must be microchipped and have an official health certificate.

所有3个月以上的宠物均需进行狂犬病抗体滴度检测。血样必须由韩国农林畜产检疫本部（APQA）认可的实验室检测，抗体滴度须≥0.5 IU/ml。检测报告有效期为24个月（从采血日期起算）。注意：韩国没有采血后的强制等待期，报告出具后即可准备出行。

All pets over 3 months of age must undergo a rabies antibody titer test. The blood sample must be tested by a laboratory accredited by the Animal and Plant Quarantine Agency (APQA) of Korea, with a result ≥0.5 IU/ml. Test reports are valid for 24 months from the blood collection date. Note: No mandatory waiting period after blood draw – travel can be arranged once the report is issued.

对于文件齐全、抗体检测合格且现场临床检查健康的宠物，一般直接放行，无需隔离。如果文件不完整或检测结果不符合要求，宠物可能被拒绝入境或扣押隔离，费用由主人承担。

For pets with complete documentation, qualified titer test results, and a healthy on‑site clinical inspection, direct release is granted without quarantine. If documents are incomplete or test results do not meet requirements, the pet may be denied entry or placed in quarantine at the owner‘s expense.
