宠物须接种狂犬疫苗，接种必须在芯片植入后进行。入境时疫苗接种须满30天且不超过12个月。所有疫苗接种证明文件须翻译成英文并包含芯片编号。

Pets must be vaccinated against rabies. Vaccination must occur after microchip implantation. The vaccination must be at least 30 days and not more than 12 months old at the time of entry. All vaccination certificates must be translated into English and include the microchip number.

从B、C、D类国家（包括中国）入境的宠物必须进行狂犬病抗体滴度检测。检测必须在狂犬疫苗接种后30天至12个月内完成，血清抗体滴度须≥0.5 IU/ml。检测报告有效期为6个月，超过时限则需重新检测。报告须在AVA认可的实验室完成（中国境内有北京、上海等5家指定机构）。

A rabies antibody titer test is required for pets from Category B, C, and D countries (including China). The test must be completed between 30 days and 12 months after rabies vaccination, with a result ≥0.5 IU/ml. Serology reports are valid for 6 months and must be renewed if outdated. Testing must be performed at AVS-accredited laboratories (5 designated laboratories in China: Beijing, Shanghai, etc.).

According to 2026 AVS regulations, Mainland China is classified as a rabies-controlled region. All pets entering from China must undergo quarantine quarantine at AVS-designated facilities. The quarantine period varies by origin country category and pet type, typically 10 to 30 days. Secondary health testing will be conducted during quarantine, with fees prepaid by the owner. Quarantine space is limited, requiring advance booking.

2026年4月1日起重要变化：自2026年4月1日起，新加坡动物与兽医服务局(AVS)将规定：只有AVS认可的宠物代理人才能在樟宜动植物检疫站(CAPQ)办理清关手续，宠物主人将不再允许自行办理犬只清关手续。这意味着从中国进口宠物到新加坡必须委托认可的代理机构办理。

GST减免资格：如满足以下条件，可申请GST减免：(1)正在将居住地迁往新加坡；(2)您是宠物的真正所有人；(3)宠物纯属个人用途；(4)您已拥有该宠物至少3个月；(5)宠物在您首次抵达新加坡后6个月内进口；(6)承诺抵新后3个月内不出售或赠送宠物。

禁养犬种：秋田犬、美国斗牛犬、阿根廷杜高、巴西菲拉、日本土佐犬、那不勒斯獒犬、比特斗牛㹴及其相关品种。

Important change from April 1, 2026: AVS requires that only AVS-recognised pet agents may conduct clearance at CAPQ. Pet owners will no longer be allowed to clear their own dogs. This means importing pets from China to Singapore must be done through accredited agents.

GST relief eligibility: You may apply for GST relief if you are changing residence to Singapore, are the true owner of the pet, the pet is for personal non-commercial use, you have owned the pet for at least 3 months, the pet is imported within 6 months of your first arrival, and you undertake not to sell or transfer the pet within 3 months of import.

Prohibited dog breeds: Akita, American Bulldog, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro, Japanese Tosa, Neapolitan Mastiff, Pit Bull Terrier and related breeds
