宠物须接种狂犬疫苗，且疫苗在旅行时有效。疫苗接种记录须完整，包含接种日期、疫苗品牌及批号。建议同时完成其他核心疫苗接种。

Pets must be vaccinated against rabies, and the vaccine must be valid at the time of travel. Vaccination records must be complete, including vaccination date, vaccine brand, and batch number. Other core vaccinations are recommended.

部分来源地（包括中国内地）需要进行狂犬病抗体滴度检测。血液样本须在狂犬疫苗后采集，检测结果须≥0.5 IU/ml，且须由认可实验室出具报告。效期不符合者须隔离至满足天数。

Rabies antibody titer test is required for pets from certain origins (including Mainland China). Blood sample must be collected after rabies vaccination. A result of ≥0.5 IU/ml from an accredited laboratory is required. Pets with invalid test results must be quarantined until the requirements are satisfied.

根据台湾农业部的规定，从狂犬病疫区入境的宠物可能需要进行隔离检疫。隔离期限视来源地和文件准备情况而定，通常为7天至21天不等。隔离期间须在指定的检疫设施进行。

According to Taiwan Ministry of Agriculture regulations, pets entering from rabies-affected areas may be subject to quarantine. The quarantine period varies depending on origin and documentation status, typically 7 to 21 days. Quarantine must be carried out at designated facilities.

Taiwan Pet Travel Document Checklist

犬牌要求：狗只入境台湾须持有犬牌（狗只登记证明）
