Our Story

For fifteen years, I sat on the other side of the desk.

I was a veterinarian at China Customs. Every day, hundreds of pet travel applications passed through my hands. Health certificates. Rabies titer test results. Microchip verification forms. Export permits.

Most were done with love. But many were done wrong.

I saw the same mistakes again and again: a missing signature, an expired vaccine, a box unchecked. Each time, my heart sank along with the stamp I had to place on the file – REJECTED. A family’s plan would collapse. The pet would stay behind. Or worse, be sent into quarantine.

I had to follow the rules. That was my job. But inside, I kept thinking: There has to be a better way.

Then I moved to Canada.

There, I saw a different world. Pet travel was smooth, transparent, and even joyful. Owners knew exactly what to prepare. Airlines had dedicated pet programs. The paperwork was clear, not a maze. I learned the Canadian system – from CFIA import permits to crate standards – and I realized: the problem wasn’t the rules. The problem was access to someone who truly understood them from both sides.

When I returned to China, I made a choice.

I left Customs. And I founded Royspring Pet Travel.

Now, instead of stamping “REJECTED,” I help families get to YES. I use everything I learned in 15 years as a Customs veterinarian – every hidden pitfall, every bureaucratic shortcut – to make sure your pet’s documents are flawless before they ever reach my former colleagues.

I also bring the Canadian way: clear communication, no hidden surprises, and a genuine belief that traveling with your pet should be a joy, not a fear.

Today, Royspring is a small but obsessive team. We share one belief: Paperwork should never be the reason a pet stays home.

We are not a generic shipping agent. We are former Customs officers, veterinarians, and international pet travel specialists. We work across 50+ destinations, with special expertise in Canada, the US, the EU, and Asia.

We don’t just process papers. We process possibilities.

十五年，我一直坐在桌子的另一边。

我是中国海关的一名兽医。每天，成百上千份宠物出行申请从我手中经过——健康证明、狂犬病抗体检测报告、芯片核验单、出口许可证。

大多数申请都饱含主人的爱。但很多，都填错了。

我反复看到同样的错误：漏签的名字、过期的疫苗、没勾对的选项。每一次，我都要在文件上盖下那个让我心里一沉的章——不通过。一个家庭的计划就此泡汤。宠物被留下。更糟的，是被送去隔离。

我必须遵守规则。那是我的工作。但心里我一直想：一定可以有更好的办法。

后来，我去了加拿大。

在那里，我看到一个完全不同的世界。宠物旅行顺畅、透明，甚至充满喜悦。主人清楚知道该准备什么。航空公司有专门的宠物舱。文件清晰易懂，不是迷宫。我学习了加拿大的体系——从CFIA进口许可证到航空箱标准——我意识到：问题不在规则本身，而在于有没有人真正从两边都理解这些规则。

回到中国后，我做了个决定。

我离开了海关。然后创立了 Royspring Pet Travel。

如今，我不再盖下“不通过”，而是帮助家庭走向“通过”。我用15年海关兽医生涯中学到的一切——每一个隐藏的坑，每一条流程的捷径——确保你家宠物的文件，在到达我老同事桌上之前，就已经完美无缺。
